"I recently had the privilege of working with Alexis to solve a very unique problem created by the fact that the common transportation carriers (Bus & Train) basically treat those of us who require custom wheelchairs as 4th class citizens because they won’t repair or replace our wheelchairs EVEN IF it is THEIR FAULT if it is damaged (unlike the airlines who - for the most part are really pretty good about it). I travel a lot, usually flying but I have to go by Bus/Train this next time so I am had to find a way to get additional insurance to cover my chair. Alexis was kind and understanding and was able to get everything solved very quickly so now if something happens when I travel, I won’t have to worry about being without my chair for a long period of time!!Thank you for putting me at ease in an already difficult and stressful time!!"

"I received my insurance quote from Salina, and she frequently contacted me. However, my auto insurance was canceled due to a lack of a signed document, even after she assured me that everything was all set. At that time, I was out of the country, so I sent them many emails seeking assistance. Neither Salina nor Lorena has responded to me since my auto insurance was canceled. Another agent reached out to me and helped me sign the document again. Salina never contacted me or explained to me what happened. It’s a really bad experience and I feel it’s irresponsible."
