"State Farm really had the nerve to quote us a price, send all the policy documents like everything was fine, and then hit us with a bill that’s over $100 higher. No warning. No explanation. Nothing. We had to call THEM to find out their own employee screwed up — and instead of fixing THEIR mistake, they basically shrugged and said there’s “nothing they can do.” Meanwhile we have our homeowners insurance, umbrella, and multiple vehicles with them. Years of loyalty. Thousands of dollars. And this is the disrespect we get? If a company can’t honor their own quote, after we agreed and signed based on THEIR numbers, that’s not an accident. That’s garbage business. And it says everything about how they treat their customers. Absolutely unacceptable. We will be contacting the FCC and TDI."
